Sesame Korean Beef
Since there are a few Korean restaurants in London,
I decided to make my own.
Here's my version of Sesame Korean Beef which is so easy to make:
Ingredients
beef sliced/cut into thin strips (2 pcs)
soy sauce (3 tbsp)
sugar (1 tbsp)
sesame oil (1/2 tbsp)
grated/finely chopped ginger (1 tsp)
1 clove of garlic, minced
cooking oil of choice (1 tsp)
1. Mix together the soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic. Stir until sugar dissolves.
2.Add the beef to the mixture. Mix well and leave it for at least an hour.
3. Heat cooking oil on high heat on a frying pan. Once really hot, add marinated beef and fry for around 4 mins.
Serve with stir fried bean sprouts, kimchi and of course eat with steamed white rice.
*For those on low carb diet, substitute rice with lettuce leaves.
Enjoy!
