OMG! This is so exciting! My pseudo-mother, Queen Elizabeth II, just tweeted for the first time! While opening the Information Age exhibit at London’s Science Museum, she sent her first ever tweet from the official Twitter account of Buckingham Palace. Lurve! Being cool, "Elizabeth R."! This jet lag is not fun and I'm in need of something to perk me up. To tire myself and hopefully go to bed earlier, we walked around the neighborhood. Britain in Bloom is the largest horticultural campaign in the United Kingdom. This year is its 50th Anniversary. The winners for the competition will be announced in September. While walking, I've noticed these blue round signs on some of the houses. Apparently, these are historical landmarks. And after some Lebanese food (they have a lot of them here!), we also decided to walk home and burn those calories. In the corner of our street is a flower stand which is literally called "The Flower Stand". My fiance got me a bunch of pink long stemmed roses and eucalyptus. Having lived near Central Park in New York City, I am so happy that Hyde Park is not far from our flat. This reminds me of Boathouse! 2 years might have passed since I read the trilogy of Fifty Shades of Grey and they maybe in the basement now for storage--- but that doesn't mean I already forgot about the books. I might be personally happier if the movie had came out sooner but oh well! At least the sneak peak is out now. But damn we still have to wait for Valentine's Day 2015! Something "NEW"! It is so impossible nowadays to make your wedding or any event unique. I am a part-time events planner myself and I am OC with "something new" or different from the norm. This is I guess why Shona Carter-Brooks and Johnathon Brooks decided to have their newborn daughter attached to the bride's train, while they walked down the aisle on their wedding day in Elam Baptist Church in Ripley. They were slammed by all types of media. Well, it is still a win-win for them as their wedding is definitely unique and became popular! lol Anything "new" you did for your wedding? Or plan to do? I love Nutella! I started to be obsessed with it in my teens. I can live in this jar. lol I can have a banana, Nutella & milk and my breakfast is complete.
