Today is National Chocolate Ice Cream Day,
but this post is not just for chocolate ice cream but more!

I had the chance to go to the opening of The Pint Shop yesterday
by Museum of Ice Cream 
& it was fun!



It is an interactive grocery shopping destination, 
complete with immersive installations, 
a reservation-only tasting experience 
& the debut of Museum of Ice Cream’s very own ice cream line.



Museum of Ice Cream has reimagined what our dream ice cream aisles look like in a grocery store. 


They sell ice cream and supporting ice cream accessories.



It is Museum of Ice Cream’s take on a grocery store.

each flavor was built to transport and inspire— 
just like the creativity & imagination of Museum of Ice Cream.

Chocolate ice cream w/ milk chocolate flakes

NANA BANANA
will time travel you back to Nana’s kitchen & olive the ultimate childhood comfort.
It is inspired by sweet memories of Grandma’s warm & comforting kitchen.
It has banana bread that is reimagined w/ a 
smooth, salted caramel explosion & nutty almond butter swirl.

VANILLIONAIRE
 Vanilla ice cream that doesn’t taste cheap.
Tastes like a million bucks!

 PINATA 
is a vanilla ice cream 
filled fizzy cotton candy,
animal cookies,
cake bites & signature MOIC sprinkles.

 CHURRO CHURRO
Cinnamon ice cream w/ churro bites
This is one of my favorites!!!

CHERRYLICIOUS
is a merry maraschino cherry ice cream 
filled with juicy & sugar cookie bites 

SPRINKLE POOL
Vanilla ice cream w/ rainbow sprinkles


They are offering samples of their brand new ice cream line each day.



A pint of ice cream costs $4.99 & is well so worth it!

It is hard to choose a favorite because they are all soooo good!
But if I have to choose only one,
I’ll take the Piñata please!


Don’t fret!
If you don’t live in NYC,
they will be sold exclusively 
on July 8th at Target stores.

And if you’re in the West Coast,
in the Museum of Ice Cream in San Francisco of course.

The Pint Shop only accepts credit card payments & Apple pay.

The Pint Shop welcomes all ages with interactive installations.
While Tasting Room is a science-based, hands-on experience designed for persons 6 years & older.

This jet lag is not fun and I'm in need of something to perk me up. To tire myself and hopefully go to bed earlier, we walked around the neighborhood. Britain in Bloom is the largest horticultural campaign in the United Kingdom. This year is its 50th Anniversary. The winners for the competition will be announced in September. Homemade Healthy Fudge

It's National Fudge Day! Fudge is a soft crumbly or chewy sweet made from sugar, butter, and milk or cream. I'm trying my best to stay away from refined sugar and dairy products so I decided to try to make a healthy fudge. This is refined sugar-free and dairy-free. ;) Ingredients: 1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice) 1 banana  1 tsp pure vanilla extract a sprinkle of salt 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil, melted  2 tbsp pure maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small blender until completely smooth. Or for some exercise (need to burn some calories before indulging in a fudge! lol),  mash the banana by hand and stir together ingredients by until smooth.  Scoop into container of choice. Thai Red CURRY

Since the Golden State Warriors won the NBA Finals, we can all celebrate by eating "Curry". I know it is cheesy! hahaha me & the Golden Gate Bridge in the Golden State, California But hey, today is Warriors Wednesday! Thai Red Curry Ingredients: for the sauce: 1 400 g coconut cream  2 tbsps red curry paste or green if you want (preferably organic/all-natural, why? click here ) 2 tbsps grated ginger  2 tbsps chopped cilantro  2 tbsps EVOO freshly ground black pepper salt to taste red bell pepper (or green), sliced *For non-vegetarians,  you can add a meat of your choice. Beef, chicken, salmon & shrimp are among the usual favorites. 1 package black bean spaghetti or brown rice (or rice of choice) Directions: Cook the spaghetti by boiling 8 cups of water with a table spoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt, add spaghetti to the boiling water then simmer gently for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through...
