I experienced my first Chanel exhibit in Paris 
but my first immersive one was in London.







 I never missed a Chanel exhibit/event ever since.

Red was the symbol of life for Gabrielle Chanel. 
In 1924,

The pop up is 3 floors.

On the first floor is the conveyor belt of your dreams.

2nd floor is the “bar”



where you get to try the N°5 lotion or creme


as well the as N°5 L’eau or Parfum

3rd floor is the gift shopping & wrapping area.

they will be engraving the visitor tag that you get upon arrival.

Also in the 3rd floor is the make over section.

This jet lag is not fun and I'm in need of something to perk me up. To tire myself and hopefully go to bed earlier, we walked around the neighborhood. Britain in Bloom is the largest horticultural campaign in the United Kingdom. This year is its 50th Anniversary. The winners for the competition will be announced in September. Homemade Healthy Fudge

It's National Fudge Day! Fudge is a soft crumbly or chewy sweet made from sugar, butter, and milk or cream. I'm trying my best to stay away from refined sugar and dairy products so I decided to try to make a healthy fudge. This is refined sugar-free and dairy-free. ;) Ingredients: 1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice) 1 banana  1 tsp pure vanilla extract a sprinkle of salt 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil, melted  2 tbsp pure maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small blender until completely smooth. Or for some exercise (need to burn some calories before indulging in a fudge! lol),  mash the banana by hand and stir together ingredients by until smooth.  Scoop into container of choice. Thai Red CURRY

Since the Golden State Warriors won the NBA Finals, we can all celebrate by eating "Curry". I know it is cheesy! hahaha me & the Golden Gate Bridge in the Golden State, California But hey, today is Warriors Wednesday! Thai Red Curry Ingredients: for the sauce: 1 400 g coconut cream  2 tbsps red curry paste or green if you want (preferably organic/all-natural, why? click here ) 2 tbsps grated ginger  2 tbsps chopped cilantro  2 tbsps EVOO freshly ground black pepper salt to taste red bell pepper (or green), sliced *For non-vegetarians,  you can add a meat of your choice. Beef, chicken, salmon & shrimp are among the usual favorites. 1 package black bean spaghetti or brown rice (or rice of choice) Directions: Cook the spaghetti by boiling 8 cups of water with a table spoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt, add spaghetti to the boiling water then simmer gently for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through...
