After a two year hiatus,
@princessweetah is back to blogging!

I never expected this time will come but I was inspired after finding out that I have inspired several people to blog. I know some of you are still scared to start blogging but there is nothing to fear. Hence, I am back to inspire you more! There is no judgment here. Feel free to write whatever you want. Blogging can be your form of journaling. But as citizens of the world, I hope that we are blogging for the main reason of making this world a better place.

This jet lag is not fun and I'm in need of something to perk me up. To tire myself and hopefully go to bed earlier, we walked around the neighborhood. Britain in Bloom is the largest horticultural campaign in the United Kingdom. This year is its 50th Anniversary. The winners for the competition will be announced in September. While walking, I've noticed these blue round signs on some of the houses. Apparently, these are historical landmarks. And after some Lebanese food (they have a lot of them here!), we also decided to walk home and burn those calories. In the corner of our street is a flower stand which is literally called "The Flower Stand". My fiance got me a bunch of pink long stemmed roses and eucalyptus. Homemade Healthy Fudge

It's National Fudge Day! Fudge is a soft crumbly or chewy sweet made from sugar, butter, and milk or cream. I'm trying my best to stay away from refined sugar and dairy products so I decided to try to make a healthy fudge. This is refined sugar-free and dairy-free. ;) Ingredients: 1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice) 1 banana  1 tsp pure vanilla extract a sprinkle of salt 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil, melted  2 tbsp pure maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small blender until completely smooth. Or for some exercise (need to burn some calories before indulging in a fudge! lol),  mash the banana by hand and stir together ingredients by until smooth.  Scoop into container of choice. Thai Red CURRY

Since the Golden State Warriors won the NBA Finals, we can all celebrate by eating "Curry". I know it is cheesy! hahaha me & the Golden Gate Bridge in the Golden State, California But hey, today is Warriors Wednesday! Thai Red Curry Ingredients: for the sauce: 1 400 g coconut cream  2 tbsps red curry paste or green if you want (preferably organic/all-natural, why? click here ) 2 tbsps grated ginger  2 tbsps chopped cilantro  2 tbsps EVOO freshly ground black pepper salt to taste red bell pepper (or green), sliced *For non-vegetarians,  you can add a meat of your choice.
