A day before #EarthDay,
Amazon’s Treasure Truck
was special.
They weren’t selling anything
but instead giving away something.

For their Earth Day event,
they paired up with Seventh Generation.

Anyways, let’s get back to the Treasure Truck.
If you win the Ace of Suds game,
you get to win a Seventh Generation product/s.

So they gave us 2 sponges
& you have to toss them in the hole.

It looks easy 
but the sponge is so light apparently
so not everyone gets in in the hole.


But we were good yo! lol

Unfortunately,
when we saw the truck,
there were only 3 items left.
They started with 5 items:
disinfectant wipes
2 different types of dishwashing liquid
2 different scents of hand wash


Since we both won,
we each got a 
disinfecting wipe & hand wash.
So we got the 2 different scents for the hand wash to try.

This jet lag is not fun and I'm in need of something to perk me up. To tire myself and hopefully go to bed earlier, we walked around the neighborhood. Britain in Bloom is the largest horticultural campaign in the United Kingdom. This year is its 50th Anniversary. The winners for the competition will be announced in September. Homemade Healthy Fudge

It's National Fudge Day! Fudge is a soft crumbly or chewy sweet made from sugar, butter, and milk or cream. I'm trying my best to stay away from refined sugar and dairy products so I decided to try to make a healthy fudge. This is refined sugar-free and dairy-free. ;) Ingredients: 1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice) 1 banana  1 tsp pure vanilla extract a sprinkle of salt 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil, melted  2 tbsp pure maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small blender until completely smooth. Or for some exercise (need to burn some calories before indulging in a fudge! lol),  mash the banana by hand and stir together ingredients by until smooth.  Scoop into container of choice. Thai Red CURRY

Since the Golden State Warriors won the NBA Finals, we can all celebrate by eating "Curry". I know it is cheesy! hahaha me & the Golden Gate Bridge in the Golden State, California But hey, today is Warriors Wednesday! Thai Red Curry Ingredients: for the sauce: 1 400 g coconut cream  2 tbsps red curry paste or green if you want (preferably organic/all-natural, why? click here ) 2 tbsps grated ginger  2 tbsps chopped cilantro  2 tbsps EVOO freshly ground black pepper salt to taste red bell pepper (or green), sliced *For non-vegetarians,  you can add a meat of your choice.
